Our story began in the historical heart of Istanbul's maritime trade, the Karakoy French Passage. The first steps taken with the export of food, basic necessities, and commodities to challenging international markets, especially Russia and Eurasia, laid the foundation for a crisis-resilient trade culture and a legacy of international trust.

BUREAUCRATIC BRIDGE
Presidency of the Karakoy Businessmen's Association
Commercial success was crowned with civil society and diplomatic leadership. By assuming the Presidency of the Karakoy Businessmen's Association, a powerful bridge was built resolving seemingly insurmountable issues between state echelons (B2G) and the business world (B2B). Particularly during this period, commercial relations with Russia were solidified, establishing the epicenter of the holding's unshakeable, "straight to the point" relationship network today.

TRANSITION TO PRODUCTION IN THE FOOD SECTOR
Establishment of Delta Food JSC
Commercial capital was transformed into heavy manufacturing. A massive production facility with a closed area of 8,000 m² within a 50-decare land was launched in Duzce. Operating with over 60 product varieties such as chocolate, wafers, and peanut butter, and employing more than 360 qualified personnel, the facility proved the group's industrial-scale production and international logistics capacity.

The Rise of Capa Science College
The disciplined growth vision was integrated into the education sector. Capa Science College, established with a strategy of operational excellence, achieved a rare corporate scaling success by reaching a total of 8 branches, 400 academic/administrative staff, and 4,500 students in Istanbul and Ankara within just three years.

Established in 2026, Konyar Energy initiated new investments and business development activities in strategic markets, primarily Eastern Europe. Aiming to become one of the region's strongest players in the renewable energy sector, Konyar Energy brought the group's quarter-century of engineering and heavy industry experience to the field to build the energy infrastructures of tomorrow.
